Key 2025 mail-ballot dates

Unilect Election Services is administering the runoff. Keep an eye on these milestones so your vote is counted.

All active members will receive a ballot packet by mail. Track yours and know who to contact if something goes wrong.

Ballots mailed
November 18, 2025
Missing ballot?
If you haven’t received a ballot by November 25, call Unilect Election Services at (866) 466-6455 to request a duplicate no later than Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Request a replacement as soon as you notice a problem so there’s time to mail it to you and back.
Undeliverable pickups
UniLect collects returned ballot packets every day from November 19 through December 8, 2025 to capture updated addresses and keep members eligible.
Ballot re-mailings
Ballots with corrected addresses or duplicate requests are re-mailed November 20 through December 5, 2025 from USPS, 800 6th Street, Paso Robles, CA 93446. Call UniLect’s Catherine Burkhart at (925) 209-9317 to confirm the next re-mailing day.
Dues deadline
Pay November 2025 dues no later than 4:00 p.m. on December 10, 2025 to ensure your ballot is counted.
Ballot receipt cutoff
Ballots must arrive at the Unilect Election Services P.O. box by 9:00 a.m. on December 11, 2025. Mail your ballot no later than December 9, 2025, to ensure it arrives on time.
Ballot count
Counting takes place on December 11, 2025 at the Local 481 office (2840 Adams Avenue, Suite 104, San Diego, CA 92116).
